Arrival for Group A

Please enter at the Upper School entrance by the new Fine Art Center (South entrance).  There will be signs directing you to unload at the doors into the Fine Art Center, where volunteers will be waiting to assist you. (click here to view site map).

Arrival for Group B

Please enter at the Middle School entrance (North entrance) closest to the Granny White Pike and Maryland Way intersections.  There will be signs directing you to unload at the doors at the back of the cafeteria, where volunteers will be waiting to assist you.  (click here to view site map).

Unloading for Group A and Group B

After you unload, you are welcome to park in any available space on campus.  You should plan to arrive and begin to set up no earlier than 9:00 am on Friday, November 30th.  Please allow plenty of time to complete your set up by 3:00 pm.  This is a firm deadline!!!!
